Guests are expected to understand Prek Toal Tours and Travel’s Terms and Conditions of services.

1. CHILD POLICY

  • The safety of children is of utmost importance to us, however we have no special facilities for children. All tours’ services facilities and accommodations are not childproof, so we ask all guests to be caring and vigilant with their children.

  • All our transport and accommodation facilities are safe, but in some cases we will travel and live in a working community and the natural environment, so if you think your children can handle this we would love for you to join us and have a wonderful family experience. We hope all our guests, including children, will understand that they must be quiet and respectful of our community at all times.

2. GUEST SAFETY POLICY

Prek Toal Tours and Travel will make every effort to ensure the safety of visitors and tourists. Visitors with Prek Toal Tours and Travel take part in all activities at their own risk.

We will take every precaution to look after our visitors, however Prek Toal Tours and Travel does not take responsibility for:

  • any injuries, accidents or sickness;
  • the defect of any vehicle and
  • negligence or default of any third party that affects visitors.

Visitors are expected to have their own travel insurance, which will be the most important form of managing their own safety.

3. EXTRA BED POLICY

  • An extra single bed is an option in hotels or other accommodation.

4. RESERVATION POLICY

  • All reservations will be made by email. This is to protect your bookings and avoid fake bookings and prevent no-shows.
  • If we do not receive any confirmation by email and receive deposit as required to ensure the bookings with us, all bookings will be cancelled automatically.

5. DEPOSIT POLICIES

5. 1. Hotels, Packages, Special events & Occasions

  • We require guest(s) to make the first deposit payment of 50% of total amount of bookings, to confirm and secure bookings with us.
  • The second payment will be make before 10 days of arrival date.

5. 2. Temple Tours, Bird watching Tours, Prek Toal Home Stay, Floating village Tours , Culture Tours

  • Full non-refundable payments of the total amount of bookings must be made before 4 day of departure.

5. 3. Cooking Tours

  • Full non-refundable payments of the total amount of bookings must be made before 5 days of arrival date.

5. 4. Community Tours

  • Full non-refundable payments of the total amount of bookings must be made before 10 days of arrival date.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

6. 1. Hotels, Packages, Special events & Occasions

Peak period, group and large bookings will have specific terms and conditions. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the terms and conditions that apply. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following charges:

  • If canceled or modified up to 25 days before arrival date a 50% charge will be made per hotel’s room or per Package tours or per Special events & Occasions.
  • If canceled or modified less than 24 days before arrival date or in the case of no-show, 100% of the booking items amount will be charged.

7. CURRENCY & PAYMENT METHODS

  • All the payments are to be made in USD Dollar currency.
  • The payment methods are available by Western Union transfer and Bank transfer and all transfer fees will be covered by the guest. /customer
