1. All reservations will be made by email. This is to protect your bookings and avoid fake bookings and prevent no-shows.
2. If we do not receive any confirmation by email and receive deposit as required to ensure the bookings with us, all bookings will be canceled automatically.

- Non-Refundable Policy for Peak season Rates: Full non-refundable payments of the total amount of bookings must be made at the time of all bookings are confirmed, No Show 100% charge.

- Flexible Payment Policy for High & Low season Rates: Full non-refundable payments of the total amount of bookings must be made before 25 days of arrival date, Cancel 25 days prior to arrival date charge 100%, No Show 100% charge.
